ENAbout Property Prep
Craftsmanship and project coordination.
Hands-on experience, carefully coordinated
Property Prep focuses on homes that need to be ready for their next chapter: a sale, a new tenant, a handover or a substantial refresh. Our work centres on projects that combine interior painting, repairs and final finishing.
One contact for the complete scope
Not every property owner has time to organise several trades. We combine hands-on work with coordination of suitable partners when necessary, defining the agreed scope before work begins.
Who we work with
We support homeowners, overseas owners, landlords, estate agents and property managers. Amsterdam is our main market, alongside Amstelveen, Diemen, Haarlem and nearby locations.
Our approach
Clear assessment, careful preparation, straightforward communication and attention to handover matter more than exaggerated promises. The result should match the property and the work agreed.
