1. Initial discussion and assessment

Tell us about the property, the required work and your preferred timing. We review the information and, when helpful, arrange a site visit to determine the scope and any factors affecting the finish or schedule.

2. A clear proposal

We prepare an outline of the agreed work, preparation and the assumptions behind the quotation. Where a detail remains uncertain, we clarify it rather than suggesting a fixed promise.

3. Work and coordination

Property Prep carries out practical work and coordinates suitable specialists when required. You have one point of contact for the agreed project. Any unexpected findings or additional work are discussed first.

4. Inspection and handover

We review the completed scope and any remaining points with you. Further work, where needed, is agreed separately.

How to request a proposal efficiently

Include the location, property type, key tasks, approximate areas and desired dates. You can share photos after the initial contact to help us assess the project more accurately.
