A change of tenants often leaves limited time for repairs and finishing. Property Prep combines painting, minor repairs and final details into a coordinated scope, helping owners and property managers prepare for the next resident.
Repairing everyday wear
Depending on the inspection, we can fill holes, repair damaged walls, repaint rooms, touch up woodwork, replace sealant and complete minor fitting work. Specialist cleaning or clearance can be arranged with partners where agreed.
Clear agreements from the start
We discuss the property condition, required finish, access and key handover arrangements, along with the desired completion date. A written proposal sets out the scope; additional work is discussed before being added.
For landlords and property managers
We can support individual handovers as well as repeat preparation projects across properties. Our role is to coordinate the agreed work through one point of contact.
