Prepare a property for sale
From final repairs to a carefully presented home.
Make the right impression before the photographer arrives
A well-presented home is easier to photograph and view. Scuffed walls, signs of wear and unfinished details can distract from the space itself. Property Prep helps homeowners and agents identify and address these issues without automatically proposing major renovation work.
What can be included?
Depending on the property, the work may include painting walls and ceilings, filling holes, repairing small areas of woodwork, finishing skirting boards, refreshing sealant and completing small fittings. If required, we can coordinate specialist cleaning or clearance with a partner.
Planning around the sales process
We discuss your photography date, viewings and handover target. We then establish what can realistically be completed within the available time. Our quotation makes the agreed work and exclusions clear.
For estate agents and overseas owners
Estate agents can request a site assessment and a coordinated proposal. International owners are welcome to communicate in English. Property Prep remains the point of contact for the agreed work.
The appropriate scope for each property
Some homes need focused painting and repairs; others benefit from a broader coordinated project. The proposed work is tailored to the property rather than a fixed package.
